The part nobody puts in the budget
A hotel offsite is not one booking. It is a room block, a meeting room, three restaurants, two transfer companies and an activity someone has to find. Five suppliers, five invoices, five people who don't know each other — and one person holding it all together, usually while also being expected to take part.
Here it is one house, one team on the ground, and one invoice. You send us the dates and roughly what the week is for. We send back a plan with the meals, the transfers and the days out already in it.

Can you actually work here
This is the question that decides it, so: yes, and it has been done. The photographs above are from a company that ran its working week here — not a styled shoot with models.
There is a long table that seats the group for a session, a salon with two separate seating areas for breakouts, a second kitchen and a lower apartment with its own entrance when someone needs to take a call away from everyone, and outdoor space that is usable most of the year. WiFi is fast. It has also gone down — four times in three years, once for more than a day — and we would rather tell you that now than have you discover it during a board call.
The thing a hotel cannot sell you at any price: everyone in one building. Nobody drifts off down a corridor at nine o'clock, and the conversation that actually matters usually happens after dinner, at the table, with all of you still there.
Who sleeps where
Worth being straight about this before you enquire, because it decides some teams and not others. There are nine bedrooms, and the house takes up to 28.
Up to nine people, nobody shares a room. Above nine, some people share — which is unremarkable for most teams and wrong for some. If yours is a leadership group where everyone expects their own door, nine is your number here, and we would rather say that now than at the quote.
The lower level is four rooms with its own entrance and kitchen, which is usually where the person who needs to disappear for a call ends up. You get a room-by-room bed plan before you commit to anything — not after.
Where it is
Twenty minutes from Lisbon airport. Fifteen minutes from central Lisbon. Seven from the Atlantic. Close enough that a delayed flight is an inconvenience rather than a crisis, and far enough that the week feels like somewhere, not like an airport hotel.
What your finance team will ask
One invoice, in dollars, from a US company. No cleaning fee, no service charge stacked on meals, tax inside the quoted price. A free 72-hour hold while you get approval, then a $500 deposit and instalments. If your headcount is not final — and it never is — tell us the risk and we will write terms that reflect it before you commit.
