How far is the villa from Lisbon airport?
Fifteen minutes by car from Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS). We arrange transfers through your concierge — €60 each way for up to 7 passengers, €110 for groups up to 16.
Can we host an event or large dinner at the villa?
Yes. The villa accommodates dinners for up to 28 indoors and many more on the terraces. We've hosted weddings, milestone birthdays, and corporate dinners. Larger events with outside guests need pre-approval — your concierge will handle it.
What's included in the AI concierge?
Restaurant recommendations and reservations, excursion bookings, transfers, pre-arrival itinerary planning, and 24/7 in-stay support. It runs over WhatsApp and through the site, in five languages, and a human picks up anything it can't handle.
What's your cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit confirms your booking and is non-refundable. The 50% balance is due 30 days before arrival. Cancellations more than 60 days out get a 50% refund of paid amount; closer cancellations are not refunded but can sometimes be rescheduled — contact us.
Yes, well-behaved dogs by prior arrangement. €50/stay cleaning supplement. We have crates, bowls, and a beach we love walking dogs on.
Three nights in low and shoulder seasons, five nights in peak (June–September) and over major Lisbon events. Last-minute exceptions are sometimes possible — ask your concierge.
